All food is cooked to order.

We only use good quality fresh produce, the majoroity of which is Scottish and as local as possible
All our meat products come from Scottish animals that have access to the outdoors
All our eggs are from Scottish free range or from organic flocks
Vegetatian/Vegan and Gluten/Dairy intolerance diets are easilly catered for

We offer a breakfast buffet offering juice, yoghurt and cereals. We also have a cooked breakfast to order which included a full Scottish breakfast and Smoked Salmon option

For early departures we also offer a continental breakfast

Breakfast starts at 7:30 -8:30
